Additionally, they handle the creation, gathering, processing, and presentation of diverse real estate information, which includes analytics, property rental and sale listings, and much more.

Challenge.
The primary goal of the company is to promote efficient communication and foster high-quality information sharing among all stakeholders in the real estate market, including sellers, buyers, and real estate agents. To accomplish this objective, the company set out to develop a user-friendly and intuitive real estate portal accessible to both prospective clients and real estate sales agents. This portal was designed to empower users to easily discover property listings by applying vital filters, such as properties in the same building, within specific neighborhoods, offering specific views, and various other criteria, all while being able to filter listings from specific agencies.

Results.
The development effort resulted in the creation of a platform, specifically a real estate listing aggregator. This platform included integrated personal profiles for each agency and user-friendly search filters tailored for potential clients. Subsequently, a module dedicated to new construction projects was integrated, gathering vital information from diverse sources. This module enabled the creation of project profiles and presentations for each project and operated as a scraper for comprehensive details on these new construction ventures. This real-time capability allowed for continuous updates on data, project documentation, and construction progress.

One noteworthy feature of the platform was the implementation of a tracking and scraping system, which effectively monitored incoming traffic—users interested in purchasing properties. If their accounts were synchronized with social media, the system collected all necessary information and redirected these promising leads to real estate agencies.
